~Sharing my Starbucks Experience~
Hey there! How is everyone lately? It seems so that everyone is busy looking job elsewhere to earn more pocket money,or there are still some who is still lazying around at home?(No hard feelings yo!~)Sharing my Starbucks Experience is to share my experience working in Starbucks,no matter regarding the job that i am working or the memories that i have with the partners and of course our customers.
I have alot of great memories to share with you guys out there but time do not allow me to do so.Therefore,i will try to make it short and simple and that i will go through with you those that carved deep down inside my heart.
Of course, working in Starbucks means you will meet different kind of people. There are people who is fussy, annoying and mean. However,i will not forget those who treated us kindly and be appreciated for what we had done for them. There was one incident happened just recently.I was working and there was one where he was having somekind of connection problem, maybe due to his computer settings or whatsoever. As a Barista,we would definitely help to solve their problems.I went on to ask another customer for help but still it did not workout.
However,he did not show his sour face but appreciated for what we had done for him.I remembered he said,"Thank you,I appreciate that."I was like in heaven for a moment.I can be honest that i did not ever receive this kind of feedback before for once in my life, even is,it would be like "Thank you",that's all.
This guy somehow show his token of appreciation and i felt so happy that someone out there who recognized our job and responded sincerely the way we treated him/her.
I met him again today. He walked over and greeted me.Through the short conversation,i get to know that his name is Jerry.I would say Jerry is a nice guy,and of course a great customer as well as one would always expect for.He was on a move and i too on my way back home.I hope to meet him again because he made my day felt so great.I hope he felt that too, either way.
In terms of the fussy one,i would not write much about it as i do not like to critisize or stabbing people's back for saying them that way.I would expect and hope that they notice their bad attitude themselves and give more attention to what supposely they have to do to become a better person,or a better customer themselves. I did notice there is one lady who used to be our partners. She is fussy, grumbling and complaining about our drinks all the time.
But still,we tried our best to respond to her complaints and hopefully we did manage to lift up to her expectations.
Guess that is all for now.It is time to call it a day. Thanks for visiting my blog.I will keep you guys rolling!~Bye!~Take care!~
